Thursday, March 25, 2010--Tests, test, and more tests.
Yesterday was full of tests and today Kyle is having a brain MRI with and without contrast and then a functional MRI. Then I am going to a local chiropractor this afternoon to adjust my back. It is a killer to sit all day in a hospital. My body doesn't like it. I also have a massage scheduled for tomorrow. Other than that things are going fairly well. Kyle is getting a little anxious about the surgery. Last time he had the luxury of not knowing anything about it. This time he has too many days to think about it. We will be able to find out the scheduled surgery time tomorrow. As soon as we know we will post it here.

Thanks for the update. That all sounds good, getting tests, and taking care of yourselves. Does Kyle have a laptop to keep him busy?
ReplyDeleteWe are having a beautiful day here and I'm looking forward to working in the yard (that feeling usually lasts till about mid May!)
My daughter Stephanie got engaged last Saturday to Aaron McDonald. We're happy for them!
Let us know if there is anything more we can do for you.
Sending much love your way!
We want to thank you for the time you take to make these posts. We appreciate so much being able to be part even vicariously of the trials your family is going thru. Please know that you are in our prayers and we pray the surgery will be a success. We offer you our best wishes and want you to know we are willing to help in way at all.

Hi Kyle and Lynette,
ReplyDeleteJust wanted you to know that our thoughts and prayers have been with you too. We are so blessed to have so much medical knowledge available to us. Amazing and miraculous things can be done! Thanks for keeping us imformed on this blog. It was so good to get to see you, Kyle, Alyssa, Kirsten and Michelle at the hospital. After visiting that night, I kept thinking about the friend rhyme: -"New friends like silver, old friends like gold!" Thanks for always being such great friends. Schoutens
